Introduction
Made of polyester fiber (warp) and polyolefin monofilament (weft), this product is primarily used for protecting automotive hoses for wear resistance, noise reduction, and heat insulation, as well as for protecting wire harnesses in new energy vehicle battery packs. It is often used on bent or irregularly shaped pipes, tightly adhering to the protected parts after heat shrinking for a neat appearance. The product is cut using heat or laser cutting methods to ensure a smooth edge. The standard product has a shrink ratio of 2:1, but custom options with shrink ratios of 2.5:1 or 3:1 are available.
